First it started with the food truck...the flying waffle...and a desire to support local farmers.
fast forward 6 months and we quickly realized we needed a kitchen (cooking on the food truck is tight quarters).
we found a building in need of love and repair, so a summer long project was underway. how do we turn this building into a space for local food entrepreneurs, a parking space for the food truck (and maybe more food trucks), and have room to grow in our support for locally produced food?
a meal prep service is our answer. not a caterer, but home-cooked packaged meals that taste good. nutritionally balanced, easy to serve meals..whether you are living alone and waste more food than you eat...work 2 jobs and the kitchen is the last place you want to be when you come home...or just want to treat yourself...
